By visiting our website, signing up for our waitlist, or using the Numeris application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Security & Data Responsibility
Numeris provides on-device local storage and authenticated cloud synchronization. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, authentication credentials, and session tokens.
- When using local device mode in the Numeris app, financial ledgers remain exclusively on your device and are not stored or backed up on Numeris servers.
3. No Financial Advice
Numeris is an informational tool designed for personal financial management and budgeting. Numeris is not an investment advisor, broker, or financial planner. The software, insights, and calculations provided do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscription tiers (such as Standard and Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or store management console.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Numeris and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
